    Fidel Strub is a global health advocate and the founder of ETHOS FIDELIS. After surviving noma and undergoing 28 reconstructive surgeries, he turned his journey into a platform for systemic change. His specialties span reconstructive surgery, dentistry, hearing and ear health, pain, and the psychological effects of trauma and recovery. Beyond medical insight, Fidel is known for his ability to decode both explicit and hidden messages in organizational and patient communication helping teams anticipate risks and build trust.

    Fluent in four languages and conversant in several more, Fidel works across cultures and continents. His leadership style is quiet but transformative, rooted in empathy, ethics, and long‑term vision. Under his guidance, Ethos Fidelis is evolving into a collective of survivor‑consultants who bring diverse expertise to biopharma and MedTech teams worldwide.
