The founder

Fidel Strub

Founder and Principal Strategist. TIME100 Health Honoree. Fidel Strub is a global health strategist who translates the realities of long-term survival into forensic operational strategy. A survivor of noma with 28 reconstructive surgeries, he specializes in maxillofacial biomechanics, clinical risk mitigation, and governance integrity. He trained as a Swiss watchmaker, mastering metallurgy and precision mechanics at 0.01 millimeter tolerances, and later advised the World Health Organization on neglected tropical diseases, leading a successful global recognition campaign. Executives value his ability to read the hidden curriculum of corporate culture and to identify where rhetoric quietly undermines credibility. Specialties: maxillofacial biomechanics and device safety, clinical protocol risk, complex recovery logistics, global health policy, reputational risk and ethics. The name

Ethos is Greek for character, the values a group actually lives by. Fidelis is Latin for faithful. Ethos Fidelis means the character that stays faithful: to reality, to patients, and to the truth of what works. Fidelis is also the Latin root of the founder's name. He intends to honor it.
