Bio-Fidelity Red Team

We test your product the way real bodies will use it, not the way your design assumptions hope. Scar tissue, fatigue, asymmetry, chronic pain, anatomical variance. We find the friction points, load failures, and pain triggers that standard testing cannot simulate. Deliverables: forensic report, failure map, corrective roadmap. For: device teams, R&D, human factors. Example finding: a strap passes every lab torque test, then migrates under sweat and scar tissue within two hours of real wear.

Clinical Protocol Check

Your protocol may be compliant. Is it survivable? We identify the dropout triggers, adherence barriers, and physical realities that clinical teams systematically underestimate, including whether your enrollment goals are reachable by real bodies. Deliverables: forensic report, protocol feasibility dossier, corrective roadmap. For: clinical operations, trial design, patient engagement, medical affairs. Example finding: a diary step assumes two good hands and a flat surface. A third of your target population has neither.

Narrative Integrity Audit

We expose the gaps between what you say, what you do, and what patients experience. We break your crisis statement before the public does. We find the phrases that trigger backlash, the missing acknowledgements, and the survivor-sensitive red flags that escalate crises instead of containing them.
