ETHOS FIDELIS is not actively hiring for open roles at this time, but we continuously scout for individuals who can strengthen our forensic mission. Our work requires precision, ethics, and a deep respect for the realities of human survival.

We recruit across two complementary tracks, each essential to our discipline:

TRACK A: SURVIVOR‑STRATEGISTS

For individuals living with chronic conditions, disabilities, or long‑term medical realities.

We are looking for YOU to take the lead as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Survivor‑Strategists form the core of our Forensic Reality Layer. They bring:

  • biological realism

  • survival logic

  • Silence Gap detection

  • Cantilever Effect intuition

  • lived‑experience intelligence that cannot be simulated

You do not need to share medical details; only the medical term.

No justification. No narrative. No personal disclosure.

You simply need to demonstrate how your lived reality sharpens your analytical mind.

You will also receive internal training through our Academy, which evolves continuously.

TRACK B: OPERATIONAL & ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES

For individuals who bring structure, reliability, and precision.

These roles support our Survivor‑Strategists and ensure operational excellence.

We welcome applicants without lived experience who excel in:

  • documentation

  • SPOC coordination

  • scheduling

  • research

  • logistics

  • administrative stability

Both tracks operate under the same values:

OUR FORENSIC CLEARANCE PROCESS

We don’t hire resumes alone but we do review them.

We evaluate character, analytical discipline, and reliability.

Our process is rigorous but respectful; designed to protect both our clients and our internal team.

ROUND 1: Application & Integrity Screen

  • a brief explanation of what perspective or skill you bring

  • no medical details required

This verifies your ability to follow high‑stakes instructions; a core requirement of our work.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY (ESSENTIAL)

All roles at ETHOS FIDELIS require Advanced Professional Fluency in English.

Our work involves:

  • forensic memos

  • high‑stakes client communication

  • cross‑functional SPOC coordination

  • technical discussions (biomechanics, ethics, policy)

You must be able to defend, critique, and articulate complex ideas with precision and nuance.

This protects our clients, our reputation, and the integrity of our work.

WORKING MODEL (HOME OFFICE)

ETHOS FIDELIS operates remote‑first.

All roles are designed for Home Office with secure digital infrastructure.

We do not require physical presence unless a client explicitly requests it.

Additional Requirements (applies to both tracks)

  • Swiss domicile (current operational phase)

  • Clean criminal record

  • High ethical standards

  • Zero impairment from non‑prescribed substances in the workplace

We understand that systemic barriers can create gaps in a CV.

We evaluate how you think, not how linear your path has been.

ROUND 2 : Forensic Case Simulation

Instead of traditional interviews, we use a structured case exercise.

You may be asked to:

  • analyse a scenario

  • identify Silence Gaps

  • critique a narrative

  • detect Cantilever Effects

  • write a short forensic memo

This evaluates:

  • clarity of thought

  • ethical reasoning

  • situational awareness

  • analytical precision

No invasive assessments.

ROUND 3: Reference Integrity Check (Email‑Based)

If the case simulation is successful, we request two professional references.

We contact references in writing (e-mail) to ensure:

  • traceability

  • accountability

  • legal clarity

References are verified in writing to ensure accuracy and protect the integrity of our work. Providing misleading or false information during the hiring process is considered a breach of professional ethics and may affect your eligibility for employment. A formal offer is issued only after successful completion of this step.
